Return and Exchange Policy for Premier Auto Detail Supplies
You can return items within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. If the return is due to our error or a manufacturer's defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. If damage occurred during shipping, please contact the shipping company for resolution. We will inspect the returned product, and if it meets the conditions, a refund will be processed.
Machines: For machines that are not functioning properly, please contact us immediately before using them. We will assess the issue and try to find a resolution. If a return is necessary, the machine should be sent back unused for inspection.
Exchanges: We offer replacements for the same product only. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit to use on our online store.
